Shoei SENA SRL3 communication set doesn't switch on anymore

My communication set doesn't want to switch on anymore. I have tried to re-install the firmware and the battery is full.

What I can't find is the reset option for this device. Any ideas?

  If it is anything like my srl mesh the switch is hidden, its on the back plate where you plugin in the charging cable but you need to take out the back plate to find it. Small hole on the return edge on the back of the plate. If you want a picture, check the manual.

  Thanks, I haven’t been able to locate the reset button but I have reinstalled the firmware and that did the trick. Thanks for your help!
