for the sena voice commands, you have to do a small pause such as Hey... Sena and make sure the word sena is pronounced correctly, some are saying CENA.. or SEE-NA. which would not help activate the sena voice command. so you have to say SEN-UH along those lines. it will vary based on your clarity and unfortunately for some accent.

as the sena voice assistant in English needs to it to be clear and not rush.

Try resetting the SC2, checking compatibility, and ensuring voice commands are enabled. Contact Sena support if the issue persists.

    Hello Sena Support,

I have the same issue can't make Sena Voice Commands Working. All sounds so simple and intuitive; however, not working for me. I must be missing something very obvious since I have two units and wasn't able to make either of them working.
In the previous response it's stated 'ensure voice commands are enabled'. How do I do it?

It's installed on my two Schuberth helmets and I just upgraded the firmware to v2.2 on both. I have the units for a year now and never worked.
The Microphones work and I am able to use them in either Mash or Bluetooth modes. I can listen to the music from the phone too.

In addition, I did factory reset(s) and with same result. I have both VOX Phone and VOX Intercom enabled in 'Device Settings' in the mobile App (v 1.4). Was playing with other 'Device Setting' but without luck.

    Many Thanks!

Hi, i have the same experience with my SC2, i.e. very hard to get the Voice command understanding me at all, although I have tried all the pronouncing recommendations. My old Sena 30K the Voice command functionality works much better for me. So i was surprised that the voice recognition functionality in my SC2 had taken a step back compared to my old Sena 30K.

    Hello Sena support

I have also big trouble to get my SC2 to work with voice commands.
My Sena 30K works much better than the SC2 so I wonder if there are any development ongoing to improve the voice controls.
I was actually surprised that the new premium intercom has got such an issue when the old model did not have it.
