20S EVO
My 20S EVO has firmware v2.2.2 and I have tried using Device Manager 4.4.9 and 4.4.12, without success, to enable "Audio Boost" and "HD Speaker Accessory" options.
Are these two options dependent on other options being Enabled/Disabled?

To enable Audio Boost and HD Speaker Accessory on your Sena 20S EVO, make sure your firmware is fully updated, as some features rely on the latest updates for compatibility. Firmware v2.2.2 may lack support for newer audio options that have been added in recent updates. Try updating via the latest Sena Device Manager, then check these options in your device settings. If issues persist, your firmware may still be limited until an additional update becomes available.

Thanks for the come-back. Allen. The latest Device Manager, v4.4.12, and the Sena phone app tell me my firmware is up to date. I have reinstalled most resent device manager and attempted to access these options with the same result-can't enable.
For what it may be worth, the "Firmware Restore" step in the menu does not appear when I attempt the update process.
Would a Wi-Fi Docking Station for my 20S EVO be another option to maintain this unit?

Has anyone else had a problem with this issue and been able to resolve it? I am using Device Manager v4.4.12 and my device is the 20S EVO-11 which is supposed to have these features. Any suggestions? (Besides getting rid of it)
