    Hello,

    Status [7][50] is a mesh error code indicating an issue with your mesh chip, which prevents the new firmware from overwriting the old firmware. I strongly recommend checking the back of your unit for any bulging in the area where the clamp is positioned, as this could indicate that the mesh chip has been damaged due to an overheating and expanded battery.

    If your device is still within the 2-year warranty period for the 50S-01 SP75, this issue is covered under warranty.

    Please note that your device is not a Harman Kardon model. The SP75 is the standard 50S with dynamic speakers unless you specifically upgraded to Harman Kardon speakers. However, it remains a regular 50S model.

    For reference, the Harman Kardon 50S is identified as the 50S-10 SP113.
