I have had the same issue, with both Mesh and Bluetooth. I was just going to ask support the same thing but I didn't have my serial number. only get around 100 yards in line of sight before I loose connection.

I was told to try this...which I honestly have not tried yet. My friend and I tried them off the bikes at long line of sight distance and they seem to work fine. It apparently had more to do with wind noise at high speed as he does not wear a full face helmet. I think no matter what you do IMHO  digital noise cancelling only goes so far. But here is what tech support gave me.

    FAULT RESET
If the 60S is on but not responding, you can perform a fault reset to restore normal functionality. Ensure the USB-C charging cable is disconnected, then press the jog dial and phone button simultaneously for 10 seconds. All settings will remain unchanged.

Please also reset the mesh by pressing the Mesh button for 8 seconds while the mesh is on. Then test the units.

If the issue persists, please do a factory reset on both of the units. Steps provided below.

    FACTORY RESET
To erase all of your settings and start fresh, the headset can be restored to factory default settings using the Factory Reset feature.

    1. Press and hold the Phone button for 10 seconds or until you hear “Factory reset”
    2. Within 5 seconds, press the Jog Dial to confirm reset, you will hear the voice prompt “Headset reset, good-bye”. Then the unit will shut down.
    3. If you press the Phone Button or do not press the Jog Dial within 5 seconds, the reset attempt is canceled and the headset returns to standby mode. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Canceled.”

Once the device is paired to your phone and connected through mesh, please test them out. You may also try other channel to isolate the issue further.
