Two sc2 systems but different firmware

  I bought two Schuberth c5 helmets in two different stores (because of stock problem) I also bought two sc2 intercoms also in two different stores. Both said that firmware update was available. So i update both. First sc2 updated to what i believe was firmware 2.1 of 2.2 (forgot the precise number) but the second sc2 won’t go higher than firmware 1.3. How is this possible with two identical sc2 intercoms?

  How is this possible with two identical sc2 intercoms?

  There are two models of SC2 - SP101 and SP127. They have different firmware versions.
