Printed tote bags hey will not connect together. I found the knowledge base on this site and the instructions were different and more sensible but they still won't pair. Help from some one who has got some working would be great please!

Yes, the quick start, downloadable .pdf and this site are all different and none work. My wife has one helmet and I have the other. We both do the same thing at the same time. Press +&- buttons until you hear 'hello' then press - for 1 second, then only I press + briefly. The LEDs should flash in pairs of two flashes. Once paired I leave them on all day and recharge over night. Hope that helps.

"Press +&- buttons until you hear 'hello' then press - for 1 second, then only I press + briefly."

There should be a one tap on (+) button more ...

    1. press (-) button for one second for entering in the intercom menu (on both helmets)
    2. tap (+) button and you will hear a mid-tone single beep and the voice prompt, “Intercom pairing” (on both helmets)
    3. tap (+) button of any one of the two headsets and wait until the LEDs of both headsets turn to blue and intercom
    connection is automatically established.

If this does not help, try to do a fault or factory reset or/and check if firmware updates are available.

The quick start guide, the downloadable mini militia, and this site all provide different instructions—and none seem to work. My wife and I each have a helmet, and we follow the same steps: press the + and - buttons until we hear "hello," then hold - for one second. After that, only I briefly press +. The LEDs should flash in pairs of two. Once paired, we keep them on all day and recharge them overnight. Hope that helps!
