Noise sound issue at SPIDER ST1
I purchased a SPIDER-ST1-01D (DUAL PACK) on June 5, 2024.
I have been using one of the devices without any issues since the purchase; it works perfectly.
I kept the second device stored as I didn’t need to use it.
Last week, I turned on the second device for the first time and when I powered it on, it emitted a static noise, a sound similar to radio wave interference. The audio is played normally, but the noise continues in the background throughout the entire time.
To confirm that the issue was not with the speakers but with the device itself, I swapped the devices between my two helmets. The noise persisted with device number two, even after replacing the speakers with new ones.
What should I do to resolve this issue?

I purchased a SPIDER-ST1-01D level devil (DUAL PACK) on June 5, 2024. One device has been working perfectly since day one, but I only just powered on the second unit last week. As soon as I turned it on, I noticed a constant static noise—something like radio wave interference. While the audio plays normally, the background noise remains throughout.

That's a bummer about your SPIDER-ST1-01D. Sounds like device number two is acting a bit buggy. Almost like it's picking up signals from the Snow Rider slopes, except instead of the thrill of the game, you're getting static. Since you've already ruled out the speakers, contacting support is probably the best next step. Hope you get it sorted soon!
