Cannot set up Sena WiFi dock
Using both the Sena 30K utility app and the Sena motorcycle app, I cannot connect the dock to my home wifi. When I see the Sena wifi network on my phone, I choose it but it constantly drops out. Very occasionally, it holds, the app says my dock is connected but then when I get to the “Select your device” page where I would enter my home wifi network details, the page is blank other than “Select your device” being visible at the top of the page. When I look at the dock, the blue “updating” light is on only occasionally, wifi light is almost always red. Sena “customer care” offered no help, saying I need the Utilities App which has been deleted! Unit was bought new but I gather it has been discontinued.
Would any community members have any suggestions or a solution? 🤞🤞🤞🤞

You can use the device manager on a computer if you have one to update your software. Just make sure you have a good usb to usb c cable that supports data transfer. If not your device will not be recognized in Sena Device Manager app.
