    Hello,

Please lower your VOX intercom sensitivity to level 1, as this should help reduce the issue. Alternatively, try relocating your mic further away and tucking it into your helmet's cheek pad to help mitigate input volume.

Mam do samo, model SRL3 jak szybko jadę to przerywa dźwięk. Czy producent może się do tego ustosunkować?

Since updating my Sena app, I've been having issues with oversensitivity. Every time there's a slightly louder sound (like closing my visor or speaking loudly), it automatically switches to connecting mode. This happens constantly and is really annoying, especially when listening to music. Please help Slope Game!

I have the same issue. I have also reduced the sensitivity to level 1 but after speaking with Mesh, the background sound from my bike and during driving avoid inactivation of communication. Relocation of the microphone position changed nothing. Before the update was installed I could drive with level 2 or 3 without any issues. This is very annoying and now I cannot use it for Mesh communication anymore!

That sounds super frustrating, especially when it keeps interrupting your music. After an update, it’s pretty common for the VOX sensitivity or voice command settings to get reset or cranked up too high. I’d go into the Sena app or device settings and try lowering or disabling VOX/voice activation entirely to see if that fixes it. A full reset to factory settings and re-pairing your devices can also clear out weird post-update bugs. If nothing changes, it might be worth reinstalling the firmware or contacting Sena support, because this definitely isn’t normal behavior.
