Sena A10 not detected by my Insta360 X3

Hello every one, My Sena A10 is not detected by my Insta360 X3 even in intercom pairing or phone pairing. Does anyone have any solution pls ?

  Check if the Sena A10 is in the correct Bluetooth mode for external audio input, as some Sena devices have multiple pairing modes (e.g., intercom vs. phone pairing). Additionally, confirm that your Insta360 X3 is updated to the latest firmware ahsasprogram8171, as compatibility issues are sometimes resolved in updates.
