SENA 50S & SRL 3 MESH and FM Not Working – App Issue or Hardware Problem?

Anyone faced this issue? Is this an app issue? Both my SENA 50s and SRL 3 can’t use MESH and FM. On the app, it’s black out as well. I can’t seem to press any button. Even the physical MESH and FM, just have the beep sound, but no mesh not activated. I was trying the music sharing function with my friend with another 50s, then this happen. Is it affecting? Tried factory reset, same issue Any one faced it before?
