My SMH5 or Smart HJC 10b being the same will not pair with my Pixel 9 XL Pro. I have tried to connect the firmware updater App via MacOSX and a PC and the device is not recognised on either. Tried a couple of cables and power ok but no data connection. The strange this is my Pixel 7 does see the device. I am stumped any ideas?
