Problem with Intercom mesh
Hello, I purchased the Sena Spider rt1 kit (2 devices) correctly mounted on the helmets, I configured everything according to the instructions, the devices connected with Bluetooth work correctly, but when I use the mesh network (public or private) it tells me, Intercom mesh network active on both devices but the two intercoms cannot be heard, I tried to make a call with the phone and everything works correctly, so the microphones are connected correctly, I also tried to update the firmware to version 2.4, but they do not work. What could it be? Do you have any solutions? Thanks a lot

simple one - channel is set the same? both running same firmware?

one last idea. i recently updated to new versions and now there is an option to select the mesh version in the app. on one device it was set to the mesh 3.0 the other to 2.0 you need to set both the same
maybe worth checking
