SENA SMH5 connection

Hello, am trying to connect my SENA smh5 to a podofo carplay via Bluetooth but couldn't find it, the carplay device is connecting to any other Bluetooth headset except my SENA. I updated SENA software to the latest version but still not connecting. Do you have any idea?

  I conect Sena SMH5 and Sena SRL3 bu blotototh. There is a connection but it is one-sided. I hear sound in SRL3 but not in SMH5. Can someone solve the problem? I did an update in SRL 3.

  Hey. Not all Bluetooth headsets get along with all systems. Double-check if your SENA is officially compatible with the Podofo CarPlay.
  Reset and Retry:
  Try removing any previous Bluetooth pairings on both devices and then put your SENA into pairing mode again. Make sure the Podofo is also in pairing mode when you try to connect.
