Hi,

I just bought a SMH-10R and I'm experiencing a constant low level hiss/static coming from the headphones. It doesn't seem to change based on what's connected or where I'm located. It's not that loud but it's definitely there. Really annoying. The only time it completely goes away is when the unit seems to go into a sleep mode after a few minutes of inactivity. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Wondering if I have a bad unit.
