USB 3.0 compatibility (SRL?)
Since i was directed here through the helpdesk asking to post the issue, ill do so.
When trying to update the SRL (for neotec2), although when pluging in the usb cable to the set and the computer it was recognized and accepted (by windows), the update software told me each and every time my firmware was corrupted (i tried various languages), i was in no way able to update the SRL.
While waiting for a respons from sena after submitting my problem, i decided to grab the old laptop and try that, and it worked, trying to find out what was diffirent, the main thing was that i used a usb2 port on the laptop and a usb3 on the pc, later using a usb2 on the pc also yielded possitive results. (this is on an X370 board).
is this normal is a question regarding this problem.
if this is, the suggestion/request would be: please make units work/compatible with usb 3 and 3.1+
usb2 should be backwards compatible but it seems in this case its not, and usb2 port will be or are allready dissapearing from systems (especially laptops) and replaced by usb3 and above.
Also consider a change from micro usb to usb type C slots, they are alot more user friendly imho.

Good point about the USB 2 and 3. I don't understand the suggestion about using a USB type C vice a Micro USB. You talking about where you connect the unit to the computer via USB cable?

yes, i find in all cases the usb C connecter more user friendly, but especially in these BT com sets (i have experienced a few) micro usb is a pain in the butt.
