I just purchase a 20S system.  When paired with other set the communication is not clear. I can tell they are talking but I cannot make out what they are saying. I am using the speakers and boom mic. 

I am using it in a Slingshot

is there something I am not doing properly.  I bought this because my cheap headset was indicate but so far this one no better.

Hopefully this can be corrected.
