I was offered a duo 20S evo pack 3 months ago.
But the intercom never worked as advertised on the package :
- nowhere is it indicated that the voice command is in English only
- we are very far from the announced range of 2km: after 200m in free field, the device does not communicate anymore
- the audio quality is very disappointing (the sound is too high)
- voice commands certainly require to speak a
perfect english. They are therefore unusable. In 20 tests, the
voice command only works once on average
- it is impossible to wake the device by saying "Hello
Sena ": I must always press the button to enter
voice command mode

So the product does not keep its promises at all and is unusable for me.
Thankfully the seller agreed to take it back from me and pay it back.
Maybe my model was defective ? Anyway, I can only advise you to try it before buying.
