I’m trying to connect my new 20s to a 10u that is only a couple of years old. Both are saying they are paired and there is intermittent communication between units. Even next to each other they won’t correctly. We have had this problem before when I had the SMH10 and had horrendous connection problems. We’ve both done full factory’s resets yet the problem still exists. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
