I ordered a Neotec ll helmet, Sena SRL headset, and the Sena Freewire to connect to my 2017 Harley Davidson.  Once set up the audio worked fine.  The issue I had is I could not transmit voice commands to the infotainment system, nor talk on phone calls through the infotainment system.  I contacted Sena Support and after several troubleshooting steps, I was informed that the SRL headset is not fully compatible with the Freewire, and the transmit function doesn't work.  They also informed me that currently there are no plans to make the SRL fully compatible.  After spending over $500 for the headset and Freewire to not have it work is frustrating.  Please add the transmit function to the SRL and Freewire.
