Was working fine with my 2017 Harley trike.  then got a series of "media connected" messages, and all functions stopped.  blue light stayed on.  Would not turn off with side switch.  charged unit until blue light came on, first with Ac charger, then with dc using din port, and then the dc in port.  seemed to charge fine, but light would not go off. tried to connect to pc using Sena app, but would not recognize usb.  used several cables.  recognizes 20s fine. Tried hard reset with paperclip, no result.  no result holding center button.  any tricks?
