Sena Malfcuntion
So I literally just installed my Sena 30k and I bought a dual pack for my lady friend and myself so we can talk while she rides passenger. It was working all day, listening to music, talking to my mother on the phone via bluetooth, etc. Later on that night my Sena was paired with the lady for 10 minutes when all the sudden my intercom says "goodbye" and disconnects. My Sena still turned on but I could not hear anything and would not connect to my phone. Later on when I turned it on the voice prompt sounded very distorted and faint. Now an hour has passed since the problem occured and I tried the "Fault Reset" and "Factory Reset" which did not help at all. When I connect my 30k to a charger it rapidly changes to the colors red and blue. Now it won't even charge or turn on... My other Sena works completely fine. But with mine I had issues with connecting to my computer for the firmware update. The device simply could not be recognized by my windows 8 computer. My other Sena was able to update with no issues. Does anybody know to fix this?

Okay so now my 30k is hot at touch but it doesn't even show that it's on. When I do try to turn it on it shows a simultaneous red and blue flash then shuts back off. I'm soo upset because I paid so much money for this and it's malfunctioning this bad on the first day. Like "what the F!?"
