    bought 2 10R headsets and 2 Freewire for my goldwing.

    spent all summer back and forth with tech support till they replaced the 10R units. which i just recieved today. after testing same problem exists and i want refund. should have bought J and M unit first time.

    Don't buy Sena they don't work and they can't fix them!!!!!

    get your s*#t together Sena !!!!

    been waiting 4 weeks on a RMA for a Prism camera...  it quit on day 4. this sucks.
