Prism Tube WiFi not connecting to app

I am able to connect to the camera's hotspot (PrismTubeWiFi-28738B), and when I go back to the app it displays an "Initializing..." message, but then it'll just send me back to the "CONNECT CAMERA" screen. Even though I'm still connected to the camera's wifi hotspot, the app refuses to pair.

Anyone run into this problem? I've tried fault reseting and even full reseting, but neither helped.
