firmware update failed on my Bilt DWO-5 helmet and now it won't power up.

I have followed all of the directions for the firmware up  grade and it failed and now will not power up. I read a post on here with some directions on how to reset it but they did not work either. HELP!

  Just got the helment to day and update the firmware and  i carnt power up, so I have the same problem :-(
