Opening device manager.

I've downloaded the 32 and 64bit version of the download manager but when I try to open it I get "This app can't run on your PC".  My pc is 64bit running windows 10.

  I figured it out.  Using Firefox, the files never really downloaded so the files were empty.  Tried google chrome and successfully downloaded the necessary files.
