I have come to notice that the Sena 20S units do not have the capability to control music tracks (fast forward/backward) using the 'Jog Dial' when the audio is switched to any other source besides the original Sena speakers. It can however control Play/Pause while the audio source is switched other than the Sena speakers.

Can anyone that has that unit confirm this? 

Things I have done:

• Submitted a feature request since September 2018 (only escalated the issue, unable to resolve)
• Tried all previous firmware versions including v1.2 and v2.0.
• Tried different bluetooth headphones
• Tried different phones (iOS & Android)
• Tried with another 20S unit.

The strange part is that my previous Sena unit (SMH5-FM) has the capability to change tracks when the audio is switched to any bluetooth headphones. You would think that the 20S units have the capability to handle such requests.

Do you guys think that this may be limited due to its firmware, or is it probably limited due to its hardware itself? Let me know your comments, thank you!
