Comment connecter un TomTom Rider 550, un Iphone, un Sena 10S
Je ne sais pas si quelques uns d'entre vous ont cette configuration mais ce n'est pas évident a mettre en place et très souvent cela n'est pas très stable.
Voilà comment j'ai procédé étape par étape:
1- connexion du Sena 10S a l'Iphone
2- connexion du TomTom rider 550 au téléphone en utilisant sur le TomTom paramètres bluetooth connexion tel
3- Connexion du TomTom rider 550 au Sena 10S en utilisant sur le Sena 10S la fonction couplage d'un second téléphone mobile et sur le TomTom paramètres bluetooth connexion casque
Avec cette procédure j'ai accès a toutes les fonctionnalités que cela soit sur le TomTom, ou le Sena 10S. Ça marche mais ce n'est pas très stable et il peut y avoir des déconnexions. J'ai constaté pour que cela marche a peu près correctement qu'il fallait allumer en premier l'Iphone, puis le TomTom Rider et surtout en dernier le Sena et là tous se connecte correctement.
Si vous avez une autre procédure pour connecter ces trois appareils avec plus de stabilité, cela m'intéresse.

How to connect a TomTom Rider 550, an Iphone and a Sena 10S
I don't know if some of you have such configuration but this is not obvious to implement. Often this is not really stable.
I have proceed the following way:
1- connect your Sena 10S with the Iphone
2- Connect your TomTom rider 550 to the Iphone using on the TomTom parameters, bluetooth and connect your phone.
3- Connect your TomTom rider to the Sena 10S in using on the Sena 10S the second phone connection and on the TomTom parameters bluetooth, helmet connection
With this procedure I hace access to all functionalities on the TomTom as well as the Sena 10S. It works but this is not alaways stabl and you can have some deconections. I have noticed that it is more stabe if you start to turn on first the Iphone then the TomTom and at the end the Sena 10S (important to turn the Sena at the end).
If you have another procedure than this one to connect these three devices, I am interested if it is stable.

I have the same configuration like you describe, my Iphone model is 10 X.
I had absoutely problems to find the first connection. Beside of stupid email-answers I did not get any help from TT. Next try, I called the Sena support number (waiting time less than 10 minutes) and I could not believe the help wich I got.
RIZA from Sena Europe spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me to figure out the possible problems. In my case I had to close the bluetooth of different devices because the 10S connected with another device instead of Rider 550 and so, the second channel was already bloced.
After closing all unwished bluetooth connections I had to clear (reset) the 10S to start again from zero. Now, I was able to create the connection between 10S to iPhone X and Rider 550. RIZA even tried to help me with the connection between iPhone X and Rider 550 (even it is not his construction site) but it did not work because the Rider could not make visible my iPhone to connect. The connection with Rider550 was able to do with older iPhone models and different smart phone brands but not with iPhone X.
One day later I called the helpline from Louis were I had bought the Rider550. The lady was very helpfull as well. As a big dealer Louis has the telefon number from TT of course. After some discussions with TT she could explain me that very often device software updates (iPhone or Rider550) are responsible for such problems (even it was working the day before). At the end the advice was to reset the Rider550. I did not believe that it would work, but tried anyway and it worked. After the 550 reset, I could see on the Rider screen my iPhone X and was able to connect.
At the end of the day, the three devices are working since three weeks stable and my impression is, that once you have problems with the first configuration between S10 and different devices, it is better to start again (and if neccessary again) from zero (reset all involved devices to delete unwished bluetooth connections).
I guess, if the configuration cannot be done properly on first try maybe it works for a time but not stable for longer time. Once the configuration is done properly it will work stable.

First I fully agree with you about Sena Support. They answer fast and efficiently which is not the case of TomTom from which I got no reply for the same question.
I have finaly been able to connect all together Iphone, TomTom Sena and it works even if it is not stable and sometimes I lost the connexion between all these elements. The TomTom voice in the Sena is very bad with a lot of crakling.
