10c pro doesn´t connect to sena camera app

    Hi Alex. Uninstall the Sena Camera App and re-download it from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store depending on which phone you have. Once it has been re-installed, disable the Bluetooth feature on your phone. Power on the 10C Pro and then tap the Camera Button once to turn on the camera. Go into the WiFi settings on your phone and wait for the 10C PRO-XXXX to appear and tap it when it shows up to connect your phone to your 10C Pro over WiFi. After a few seconds, open the Sena Camera App and it should see a live preview of the camera on your phone when you tap the camera icon on the left below the battery indicator.

    Sorry that doesn't Work.
    The App allways say, Turn on device,Turn on camera and then Go to WiFi settings, but WiFi is conneted.

    I have an Android OS. 

    When I get to the wifi screen where you select the 10C pro and password, I have to stay in that screen for a few seconds to wait for a popup message that says "Wi-Fi has no internet access. Tap for options". I tap this message to get to the next message that says "Stay connected?" I tap YES. At this point I can go back to the camera app and will work with the camera.

    I have tried this several times and I'm only successful when I wait for these popup messages.

    Hi to all,

    when connect by wifi, after entering password sena0000, is connecting and under network name appear Internet may not be available. Tried to open SENA app, but cannot open any video live on screen.Any sugestion?
