VOX call SRL 2

I work for a distributor of Sena and we can't seem to get any of them to work with VOX call. All of the other voice command features work, we just can't answer calls using voice. 

 

I've been through the list of things to try; 

factory reset, update, enable & disable VOX, check the app, check the device manager, check different mics, different units, the whole lot.

 

None of them answer calls with VOX.

  Hi Elysia, first of all sorry for the mistakes in english, i usually speak french.

  I own a SRL2 mounted in a Shoei GT-Air 2. I've tried to answer a call with the Vox function and it worked but it was fancy because I had to SCREAM (very loudly !!) in my helmet. Sincerely, I don't dare to scream like that on open road in the middle of traffic to answer a call. People will believe I'm crazy !! I prefere to use the center button instead. I've also bought the remote control (RC4) and it's a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend this RC.

  You have to know that for the moment with the 1.0 version of the SRL2, the automatic volume adjustment don't work at all. Sena knows it and they will try to fix this problem in future firmware update ;-)

  Sena makes a intercom for use with a half helmet that doesn't need to be mounted on the helmet.  Look up the SPH10.  They also have an industrial model mounted in hearing protection the TuffTalk.
