10c Pro problem with with ear bud splitter cable

    Hi Alan. We will be releasing a firmware update for the 10C Pro soon to fix this issue. In the mean time, you can power on the 10C Pro with the ear bud split cable disconnected and then plug it in once the 10C Pro is in Standby Mode.
