Sena Repair and replacement parts
One of My Sena 10 units out of 2 went bad. The unit was out of warranty. Sena does not have a repair center so I could not send unit in for repair. I then asked just to buy a new module. I was told I would have to buy a complete new set. This not a customer friendly policy. It seems that once the unit is out of warranty Sean does NOT care about its user base. I am extremely disappointed and will not use Sena products anymore as a result of Sena not having a repair center or at the least a means of buying the necessary replacement parts at reasonable cost.

SECONDED!
I snapped the small rubber micro-USB dust seal on my 20s EVO.
The unit was out of warranty so I dismantled the unit in order to fix the dust seal.
The dust seal appears to be made of silicone rubber/neoprene and therefore "super-glue" (CA) bonds it VERY well.
I reassembled the unit and it works well.
However, I am a fuss-pot and like my kit to be perfect so I asked SENA to send me (I am prepared to pay) the rubber Micro- USB dust seal.
Their policy is that spare parts will not be supplied and they advised that to rectify my problem I should buy a new unit.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HELMET COMMS. SYSTEM IS: DON'T BUY SENA
