Hi, 

I just purchased a new GTair2 and the srl2. I have two older helmets with 10Rs installed. 

I have tried to pair the new headset although I get the message "pairing failed".

The srl2 has the latest firmware and I have updated the others. This has not fixed the issue. 

Sena, can you please advise a solution as I just spent $1400 for an intercom that doesn't work.
