    I have a similar situation. I've attempted to attach another set of speakers, do a full reset, revert to version 2.0 and use the 3.5 mm connector with no success. I called and opened up a ticket to RMA my headset.

    What was the last thing you did with the 10C, before it lost sound in the speakers?

    Try doing a factory reset and a fault reset, to see if it makes a difference.

    One day I had sound, the next, none. Updated firmware, restored firmware, unplugged and switched on etc. still no sound.

    Also, according to the device manager, the latest firmware is V2.6 What is going on, are Sena not releasing updates to countries that are not the USA?
