10C can't hear voice
I have a 10c first edition. Since I had it, I can hear the voice prompts and other peoples Sena's but they cannot hear me. The recordings also do not have my voice at all.
As a test I took all the cabling (speakers, mic etc) from my wife's working Sena SMH5 and plugged it into the 10C to see if was just all the cabling. Still same issue.
Is there a larger fault at play here?
