Sena SRL2 microphone NOT working on calls

I have paired, reseted to factory default and paired again few times but microphone DOESN'T WORK on phone calls.

It does work fine with siri, dictating messages in whatsapp or telegram, I can use voice commands with siri to call people but as soon as a call starts, microphone doesn't work and people can't hear me.

  Mistery solved, seller forgot to install microphone

  Hi - how did you get the SLR2 working with Whatsapp?? Mine wont work

  The problem I had was that seller did NOT install the microphone. Whe I did firsts test,  was the iPhone, from outside hemelt wich could listen what I was saying...

  Hey Siasegos,

  I just had the exact same problem. It seemed that my phone could hear my voice, and it let me dial using voice commands, but the party I called could not hear me. After reading your problem and solution, I checked my microphone in my helmet and found that it was unplugged. My phone had been hearing my voice well enough to take commands and dictate texts, but not talk on the phone. I am relieved. Thank you.
