Volume knob 30K
Can the physical Volume knob be disabled while listening to music? My Sena catches shoulders whenever I turn my head constantly adjusting volume, highly annoying to point I just shut off unit

I have the opposite problem. The head unit seems to have stopped working properly and now I can only adjust volume or change tracks while listening to music by using my phone.

I have the same issue as the original post. If Sena field tests these units, I wonder who is doing the testing. If Harley would support other brands, I would abandon Sena entirely. I have a Cardo unit that I use with another group and it has far fewer problems.
