10C EVO - can't disable the voice prompt.

When I am riding with my Sena 10C EVO turned on (when I simply breathing or closing my visor) device trying to do something and I am constantly being prompted that the "connection failed" and to "try again later".

Turning on or off both VOX (phone and intercom) in app - no matter - it always on in my device. It is quite annoying.

Please, help.

  I have a Sena 10R. I can listen music and GPS instructions from my iPhone, but as soon as my wife's intercom (Excelvan V6) is connected, i no longer hear from my mobile. Any idea?
