50S Smart Volume Control issues

Issue #1:

1. Using earbuds plugged into external port.
2. Smart Volume Control in use, Low or Medium

When playing music, then using a voice function such as "Hey Google" to get information, or attempting to connect to another headset via bluetooth intercom -- when the requested function ends, and the music returns, it is at VERY HIGH VOLUME.

Issue #2:

1. Using earbuds plugged into external port.
2. Smart Volume Control in use, Low or Medium

When Smart Volume Control automatically adjusts the volume, it tends to continue to increase volume over a lengthy period of time, perhaps 60 seconds.

Neither of these happen when I turn off Smart Volume Control, or when I am not using earbuds.

  Eigentlich sollte das SC1M-Kommunikationssystem ab Werk gekoppelt sein mit der mitgelieferten Fernsteuerung RC3. Da aber nichts funktioniert zwischen den beiden Geräten, vermute ich, dass sie nicht gekoppelt sind.

  Wie kann ich sie koppeln? Wie kann ich die Fernsteuerung in den Kopplungsmodus versetzen?

  Issue #1: Sudden Volume Increase

  • Solution: Check Smart Volume settings for a maximum volume limit. Update firmware and consider resetting your earbuds. If it continues, contact support.

  Issue #2: Gradual Volume Increase

  • Solution: Look for sensitivity settings in Smart Volume Control and reduce them. If the issue persists, try turning off the feature when not needed.
