My Harley stamped Boon 30K does not bluetooth connect to Iphone and Boom audio 6.5 at the same time. WHen connected to iphone only, keep hearing intercom connect failed. When connected to Boom audio only, cant receive phone calls from iphone. Help?

RONALD ERLI I have the same issue regarding the "intercom failed - try again later". I have contacted Sena's Harley Davidson technical support. The only solution they offered was to send them back under warranty. My warranty has expired. I am very disappointed.

David Bertone My problem was corrected with the second phone pairing procedure Sena Harley specialist sent me. Hope it works for you. Pair the 30k boom with the Harley boom box 1st and then pair your iphone. Delete the 30K boom pairing on your iphone 1st before installing as the second phone pairing! Good luck!
