Hey all,
returned home today and turned off the headset however the red light is staying on (and has been for about 6 hours now) I have tried to press the rest button but nothing happens. Same as if I try and do a factory reset nothing happens no beeps nothing the light just stays on. The unit is not showing up as being able to connect to my phone via Bluetooth so it’s off I guess however I can’t even turn it on it just seems lock solid.
any ideas? Or should I let the light staying n drain the battery flat then hope that will fix it and can turn it back on once it’s recharged? (However long it takes fir the battery to drain as only used it about 3 hours and was fully charged when I left home)
