Sena: I'm having the same issue. The Device Manager and my computer will not recognize the two 50S devices I purchased. Please resolve so I can update and manage the devices.

Your computer not recognizing a device isn't related to device drivers being unsigned.

Its windows 10, not sena. You will need to turn off driver signature enforcement.

Yeah, it's Windows 10 in the sense that the OS is purposely preventing the installation of unsigned drivers. That's the whole point, it's a security setting.

Yes you are correct. Im not a computer guy. From my point, Although it is safer with the requirement on if the computer won’t work it defeats its purpose. You could say “ the computer is safest when off”. Could you explain why sena doesn’t sign the driver? Do they have to pay Microsoft? Thanks

Yes, driver signing is a third-party validating the integrity of a driver so that it can be trusted by the end-user (you). Installing this using your workaround is like wearing a helmet without even a DOT rating. The safest motorcycle is one that's parked in a garage. We want to ride, but also want to be as safe while doing it. We want to use digital technology, but we want safety measures in place while doing it. This is the only device I've seen unsigned in years of using digital accessories. Makes you wonder why Sena is so dead set against even addressing the issue after years of its customer base asking why its drivers are unsigned. To me, they're worried about what a third party would find. It's not that expensive to have a driver signed.

Thanks man. I was wondering if it was a give me money thing.
