The device had worked well up till now - no issues. I have just come across a problem. Whilst I can hear the others who are connected to my device, they cannot hear me? I replaced the boom with the microphone, and the problem persists. I checked the harness for any loose wiring and all seems ok. I've sent a message to the Help Desk, and am awaiting a reply. Mine is 1 year old.
