30k problem after firmware update to 3.1.1

After I updated to 3.1.1 I had to re-pair phone and GPS. Thought that was ok but then I noticed that the 30k was not being accepted for calls by my samsung s8 phone. No matter what I do the bluetooth is audio only - not audio + calls. Also I noticed when playing music the next and previous command no longer work. I tried to go back to the previous firmware but it doesn't seem to work. The progress bar says completed but the firmware status remains at 3.1.1 even though I directed it to use the 3.0.1 firmware image file.

 

Before I do a factory reset are there any suggestions?

  Just an update. I managed to go back to firmware 3.0.1 using a different PC and the Sena is functioning again as it should. There seems to be a problem with firmware 3.1.1 ....at least with my Samsung S8.
