I bought my SRL almost 2 years ago, first set battery lasted only 4 hours and Sena replaced it under warranty. On the second unit everything seems working fine except after 2 months of using it strted to locked out or will not response , the blue lite blinks and that is all it does. To make it works again, I have to find a pin and reset the unit. Any one experienced this? I contact Sena tech and he asked for a picture, is that is a joke? It happened 2 or 3 times during the whole day ride and it is very annoying, OP also posted on Sena Tech page on facebook. Bike 16 BMW R1200RT, pair with NAV, Media and Phone.
