Sena Cavalry and windows

So after 2 weeks I give up.

I have 2 cavalry helmets, one is 3 years old and on is 9 months old.

Went to update the firmware and neither will connect.

Have now tried 3 different windows machines

12 cables and still nothing.

Have gone through the process of disabling the driver signature enforcement and still it doesn't work.

But hey plug in my 10s at any point and it is working.

So it is not pc/cable related from what I can fathom. Sena says it is the helmet but why would my older one stop working as well?

anyone else this frustrated???
