My unit will not charge
My unit is dead, whether with the original cable or not, what can be done?

I had to rma or return my first 50s. Rumor is sena had a bad batch of batteries. The replacement unit seems to last forever like my 20s.

Sena will tell you to do a fault reset and a factory reset. If that doesn’t fix it then they will replace it.
