Firmware will not update on any device

Using the latest Sena Device Manager, I am unable to update the firmware on either my Sena 20S device OR my new 10C Evo. I have tried two different computers and neither will recognize the devices. All other functions work as expected. Worked fine last year, what changed?

  Having this issue as well. Your support pages are really confusing and bad. Tried the Wifi Accessories app but that is really confusing and didn't work.

  Bonjour j'ai un 30K 

  j'ai deux icones SENA sur mon PC

  une en SENA  et une autre avec SENA UPDATE 

  je fais la mise a jour avec l'icone update

  je branche mon 30K et j'obtiens une version de mon 30k  v3.9.1 qu'il me propose de passer en 4.1.1 ce que je fais .....

  Puis je vais  sur l'icone SENA du PC il reconnait mon 30K et me mets mise a jour a faire on arrive a une version maxi 3.1.1  .

  je reviens en arriere , ou je ne comprends rien

  I was getting the same problem on my 10C Pro and just had luck with using an old LG cell phone USB cable. This is after trying everything else I could find online (giving the device manager as many permissions as I could, trying other cables, different USB ports, etc.). It's absurd, wish this wasn't the only product with bluetooth audio and a camera together in one package.
