Can't update Stryker firmware
Hello everyone,
I need help with updating the firmware of a Stryker helmet.
I downloaded the new Sena app.
While the helmet is charging I open the app to update the helmet.
Since the helmet doesn't connect to the wifi I reset the wifi then choos Stryker from my phone wifi. I go back to the app, choose the right wifi network, input the password and when it's time to connect the helmet nothing happens and the red/blue light on the helmet remains still. The app says that if the light it's still to do it again but in the meantime the phone looses the connection with the helmet. I then start again the procedure resetting the Stryker wifi but again same problem.
Don't know what to do since this is the only way to update the firmware.

I understand you're having trouble updating the firmware on your Stryker helmet using cookie clicker the new Sena app. It sounds frustrating that the connection isn't working.

Is this already solved? I spent 5 hours on this today endlessly resetting the helmet, app and wifi connection to now find out this is a common issue…
